" You can Raise query to any individual with the support of people. If query is valid, People will give upvotes. Based on upvotes rank will be calculated. If you asking me an query, But I didnt replied to that. So far query got 10 upvotes means, My level decreased to 10 and your level increased to 10 up. Once I replied to your query then my rank will comes same as which i got before the query intialized(Neutral) After I answered, People will vote to the answer. So i need to give valid answer.
